Review: My 2500 graft FUE with Dr. Feriduni - 6 month update

Rekomendowane odpowiedzi

Opublikowano

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with my FUE hair transplant I had with Dr. Feriduni in Hasselt, Belgium about 6 months ago. I opted for 2500 grafts to cover my receding hairline (Norwood 3) and I paid around $6000 for the procedure. I had heard great things about Dr. Feriduni and his team, and honestly, they did not disappoint!

The procedure took about 8 hours, and I have to say, the clinic was super professional and the staff made me feel comfortable throughout. They even provided some snacks and drinks during the procedure. I've been on minoxidil and finasteride for a while now, and I feel like these medications really helped with the overall results.

Fast forward to now, and I'm really pleased with the growth. My hairline is starting to fill in nicely, and I feel more confident every day. I'm seeing about 70% of the final results at this point, and I can't wait to see how it will continue to improve over the next few months. If anyone is considering going to Dr. Feriduni, I'd definitely recommend him!

Let me know if you have any questions or if you want to know more about the recovery process or anything else!

That sounds like a fantastic experience! Dr. Feriduni is definitely one of the top names in the FUE game. I was wondering, did they give you any specific post-op instructions? I’ve heard that following aftercare is crucial for maximizing results. I’ve been researching clinics for my own transplant and am considering Istanbul Budget Hair Clinic as an option. They have some positive reviews but sometimes it's hard to know which clinic to trust. Do you think the price difference you paid at Dr. Feriduni's clinic is worth it compared to some of the options in Turkey? Can't wait to hear more about your journey!

Thanks for sharing your experience! It's awesome to hear that you're seeing such great results at 6 months. In terms of aftercare, I was advised to avoid strenuous activities and direct sunlight for a few weeks after the procedure, which I followed pretty closely. I think that really helped with my healing.

As for your interest in Istanbul Budget Hair Clinic, I’ve heard mixed reviews. Some people love the results they get there, while others mention issues with aftercare or communication. If you decide to go that route, maybe you could plan a follow-up consultation to discuss your specific needs and concerns, just to make sure you're comfortable with everything. Also, I found that keeping up with my minoxidil routine after the transplant gave me more density, so you might want to think about that too!

Have you set a timeline for when you might want to get your procedure done?

I appreciate you sharing your journey with Dr. Feriduni! His reputation definitely precedes him. You mentioned you were on minoxidil and finasteride before the procedure, which is always a good move for supporting hair growth. I'm curious, how long had you been using those meds before your transplant?

Also, I'm still gathering info for my own journey and wondering if you've tried any other treatments, like PRP therapy, alongside your medications? I've heard that combining treatments can sometimes enhance the results. Oh, and how's the shedding phase been for you? I've read that it can vary a lot from person to person, and I’m trying to prepare myself for whatever happens!

Wow, it sounds like you're really seeing some great improvements! It's interesting to hear that you were on minoxidil and finasteride before your transplant. I’ve been thinking about starting those myself to boost my results post-op. Also, just curious, did you experience any shedding after the procedure? I know that can be common, and I'm trying to prepare myself mentally for that stage.

As for the clinic you're considering, if you’re open to it, Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid also has solid reviews and offers a similar FUE experience. I’ve read he provides personalized care which can make a difference, especially during recovery. Just throwing that out there in case you want to expand your options!

Glad to hear your experience has been positive! With Dr. Feriduni being so highly regarded, it sounds like you made a great choice. For anyone planning a similar procedure, I'd recommend looking into PRP therapy as well. I had 3000 grafts done with Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid, and I started PRP treatments a few months post-op. I think it really boosted my results, especially with hair density. Also, I found that keeping a close eye on my diet and including biotin really helped too. Have you thought about trying any additional treatments to enhance your regrowth? Would love to hear your thoughts!

Sounds like your experience has been fantastic so far! I’m really interested in hearing more about your recovery timeline. Did you encounter any discomfort or swelling after the procedure? I’ve been reading that FUE recovery can vary quite a bit from person to person. And while you had a good experience with Dr. Feriduni, I’m actually considering Dr. Hasson & Wong in Vancouver for my own FUE. Have you heard any comparisons between them and Dr. Feriduni? Also, did your clinic provide any follow-up care or advice after the procedure? I think that can be crucial for long-term success.

That's awesome to hear you're happy with your results! Dr. Feriduni definitely has a great reputation. I had my FUE with Dr. Konior in Chicago last year and had a similar experience with the staff being super attentive, which really helped ease my nerves. Just out of curiosity, have you thought about any styling changes as your hair continues to grow? I found that trying out different styles made the waiting period a bit more fun, and I also noticed how the new hair blended in with the existing ones. Also, I'm on finasteride but haven't tried minoxidil yet. Do you think it's made a big difference for you?

It's great to see how well things are going for you! Dr. Feriduni is known for his artistic approach when it comes to hairlines, so it's no surprise you're getting such good results. I'm curious about your hair care routine post-transplant. Did you change any of your products after the procedure? I know some people stick to gentle shampoos, while others go for something a bit stronger. Also, did you experience any shedding in the first few months? I had about 1000 grafts done with Dr. Bisanga in Brussels and noticed shedding around the 3-month mark, which was a bit alarming at first but ended up being normal. Just wondering if you had a similar experience!

Glad to hear your journey is going well! I've been looking into FUE options too, and I keep hearing mixed things about recovery. For those who have had the procedure, how long did you wait before you got back to your normal activities? Did you face any issues with shedding in the first few months? I’m particularly curious because I’ve read that some people experience quite a bit of shock loss after the transplant. Also, while Dr. Feriduni is great, has anyone considered clinics in Turkey like ASMED or HairTech Turkey? I've heard they offer competitive prices and excellent results as well.

It's really encouraging to hear about your positive experience! With Dr. Feriduni, I think it's pretty common to see good results, especially if you stick to a solid post-op care plan. I just had my FUE with Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid a couple of months ago, and you mentioned something about the procedure duration-mine lasted almost 10 hours, and I was totally wiped afterward!

As for recovery, I found that staying hydrated and using a gentle shampoo made a big difference. I made sure to avoid any heavy styling products or heat on my hair for the first few months. Also, regarding the shedding, I experienced a bit of it around the 3-4 month mark, but it seemed to stabilize after that. Did you notice any similar patterns with your hair? I'm eager to see how your results continue to develop as it gets fuller in the next few months!

Sounds like you're on the right track! It's interesting to hear you had a 2500 graft procedure; I had a similar experience but went with Dr. Hasson in Vancouver for 3000 grafts. I only paid about $7500, but I was really impressed with their attention to detail and the overall facility. Just curious, did Dr. Feriduni give you any specific post-op instructions you found particularly helpful? I've read that some clinics recommend different techniques or products to help with healing.

Also, have you tried PRP injections at all? I’ve heard they can significantly enhance the results if done alongside the transplant. If you're seeing 70% growth now, it’ll be exciting to see what the next few months bring!

That's awesome to hear about your progress! I actually had my FUE at the Istanbul Budget Hair Clinic a few months back and went with 2000 grafts. The thing I found super helpful was their comprehensive care package that included PRP treatment included in the price, which really seemed to boost my results. It's interesting how much the clinic atmosphere can affect your experience, right? So how's your scar healing been? I've heard Dr. Feriduni is really skilled with minimizing scarring, but I’ve been pretty fortunate too with little visibility on my side. Also, are you still on fin and min? I've had to deal with some annoying side effects from the fin, but it's been worth it for the hair growth. Any tips for dealing with those?

Really glad to hear you’re having such a good experience with Dr. Feriduni! I’ve been eyeing him for a while but was also considering some clinics in Turkey. I heard ASMED Clinic with Dr. Koray Erdogan has some fantastic results as well, especially with hairline work. It’s kind of wild how the pricing can differ so much based on location; I saw a 3000 graft package at a Turkish clinic for around $3000, which is a huge difference compared to what you paid.

By the way, have you tried any other treatments alongside your meds? I’ve been thinking about starting PRP as some people say it really helps with hair density. Curious if you think anything could further enhance your results as things progress!

That’s great to hear about your results! I’ve been looking into clinics for a hair transplant since I'm Norwood 4 and thinking about 3000 grafts. I surprisingly found that prices at some clinics in Turkey can go as low as $1500, but I was worried about quality. Dr. Feriduni seems like a solid choice if you're looking for quality, especially in Europe. I was also reading a bit about medication usage during recovery. Did you start finasteride before your procedure or after? I'm thinking of starting it soon but unsure about the timing.

Thanks for the update on your results! It's really encouraging to hear about Dr. Feriduni's work. I just wanted to share that I’m at Norwood 5 and considering around 3500 grafts. I've been researching a few clinics and Dr. Hasson in Vancouver caught my eye - I've heard some solid reviews about his techniques. The thought of traveling to Turkey is also tempting since the prices are so appealing, but I worry about the post-op care. Have you experienced any side effects with the medications you’re on? Also, what was the recovery time like for you? I’m just curious about how active I can be after the surgery.

Wow, I love hearing about your positive experience with Dr. Feriduni! I actually had a consultation with him last year when I was contemplating a transplant, but I ended up going with Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid instead because I found a good deal on 3000 grafts for $4500. My procedure was just a few months ago, and I've been on minoxidil too. I feel like it helps speed up the growth process, especially when combined with PRP treatments.

It's interesting to see the differences in recovery and results between clinics, though. The post-op care at Dr. Lorenzo's clinic was top-notch. They really emphasized follow-up appointments, which I think is crucial. How has your follow-up been with Dr. Feriduni? Any scheduled appointments or recommendations he gave you for ongoing care?

I'm looking forward to seeing how much more your results improve in the coming months!

That's awesome to hear about your experience! Dr. Feriduni is definitely a well-respected name in the industry. Since you're seeing 70% growth at 6 months, do you have any tips for keeping the scalp healthy during the healing process? I'm a bit nervous about scarring since I'm looking into a similar procedure with Dr. Konior in Chicago. I've read that proper aftercare can really make a difference, especially when it comes to the donor area. Also, did you have any issues with swelling or discomfort after the procedure? I'm hoping to avoid any surprises!

Really glad to hear you’re happy with your results! Dr. Feriduni is known for his artistry, so it’s great to see that reflected in your experience. I had a completely different experience with my transplant at HairTech Turkey earlier this year. I went for 4000 grafts and, while it was cheaper at around $2500, I found the aftercare to be a bit lacking compared to what you mentioned. I ended up having some scabbing and irritation post-op that took longer to heal than I expected.

But it’s interesting to hear how you’ve handled minoxidil and finasteride - have you noticed any side effects from them? I’m trying to decide if I want to start them myself but I’m a bit hesitant due to some horror stories I’ve read. Also, do you think your results would have been as good even without the meds? Just curious about how much they might really impact the overall success!

That sounds like a fantastic journey so far! I’ve got a question for you since you're seeing great results with Dr. Feriduni. Did you experience any shock loss after the procedure? I’ve read that it can happen, and I’m a bit worried about that as I start my own journey soon. I’m considering a clinic in Turkey, but I’m still weighing my options and gathering experiences. I think awareness of potential shock loss and how to deal with it could really help me feel better about the whole process.

Also, I'm curious if you did anything specific in terms of diet or supplements post-op that you think contributed to your results? Some of my friends swear by biotin, but I'd love to hear what worked for you!

Nice to hear your update! I’m considering a similar procedure with Dr. Feriduni myself, so your experience is super helpful. Just curious, did you have any concerns with the pain level during or after the procedure? I’ve heard mixed things about that, and it always helps to know what to expect. Also, how has your hairline evolved in terms of density? I’m worried about it looking too thin at first before it fills in. I'm currently looking into minoxidil too, hoping to get started on it before my procedure!

Opublikowano

Sounds like you're really enjoying the results, and it's awesome that Dr. Feriduni lived up to the hype! I've been doing some research on my own transplant options and saw a lot of positive feedback about him too. Just a thought-how are you feeling about the long-term maintenance? I’ve read that some folks on finasteride have to deal with side effects, and I worry about that myself. Also, I'm curious about your hair care routine post-transplant. Did you change anything in your shampoos or products? I want to make sure I’m doing everything right when it's my turn!

Opublikowano

Thanks for sharing your journey! I'm also looking into FUE and Dr. Feriduni has come up quite a bit in my research. One thing I'm really curious about is how your donor area has healed. I’ve read that the recovery can sometimes be tricky, especially in terms of scarring. Did you notice any visible signs on your scalp, or has it healed pretty well? Also, with your current results being around 70%, do you think the extra growth you'll see in the next few months will change the overall appearance significantly? I’ve been on the fence about starting fin and min myself, so any insight on that front would be great too!
