It's cool to see you're happy with your results! I did my FUE with Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid about 6 months ago, and I agree that PRP therapy can really give a boost to healing and growth. Have you noticed any changes in hair texture or thickness yet? I felt like my transplanted hair had a different feel at first, but it gradually started blending better with my existing hair. Also, it sounds like you did a great job managing the post-op care. Did you have any favorite products or routines that helped your scalp stay comfortable?

That's great to hear about your progress! I’m curious, did Dr. Feriduni give any specific aftercare guidelines or tips that you found particularly helpful during your recovery? I've seen some clinics recommend avoiding intense physical activities for a while, while others say it’s fine to resume normal routines pretty quickly.

Also, since you're on finasteride and minoxidil, have you noticed any side effects from them? I’ve heard mixed reviews about the effectiveness and tolerability of these meds. I'm asking because I'm considering starting them myself before any procedure.

Lastly, I'm a NW3 right now and contemplating my options. Do you think the PRP therapy is worth it? I’m still on the fence about whether to include it when I go for my procedure.

Glad to hear you’re seeing growth! I had my FUE done at the Istanbul Budget Hair Clinic about 5 months ago, and I went with 3000 grafts. They also used PRP right after the procedure, and I think it made a noticeable difference in recovery time. One thing to think about - have you considered adding dutasteride to your regimen? I’ve read that it can be more effective than finasteride for some guys. Also, keep an eye on how the density fills in over the next few months; it might surprise you! I remember feeling anxious around this stage, but the results were pretty great by 8-12 months. Looking forward to your updates!

Awesome to hear about your results so far! I just wanted to add that I had my FUE with Dr. Rahal in Ottawa around the same time as your surgery, and I found the post-op follow-up really crucial. He scheduled several check-ins to track progress, which I found comforting. Also, if you're experiencing any itching or flaking now that you're four months in, I highly recommend a gentle moisturizer or shampoo. It really helped me keep my scalp healthy during the early growth phase. Have you thought about your future plans, like if you might get more grafts or do any touch-ups in the future? It's definitely something I’m considering.

Sounds like things are going well for you! I had my FUE with Dr. Lorenzo in Madrid about 6 months ago, and I totally agree that the initial weeks can be rough. One thing that helped me was avoiding hair styling products for a few months - I found it made a big difference in how my scalp felt. I also kept a low profile on social media since I didn’t want to broadcast my hair situation, but it was a relief to just let it grow in peace.

Have you thought about getting some follow-up photos taken to track your results visually? I did that after my procedure and it's amazing to see how much progress I've made since! Plus, it can give you something to share in the forum as you continue to update everyone. Looking forward to seeing how your hair continues to fill in!

Thanks for sharing your journey! It's great to see progress at the 4-month mark. I had a similar experience with my FUE at HairTech Turkey, and the initial swelling was a bit alarming. One tip I picked up that worked for me was sleeping with my head elevated for a couple of weeks post-op. It really helped reduce swelling and made me feel more comfortable overall. Also, I'm curious if you've had any shedding since the initial regrowth started? It's pretty common to experience some, but it can be stressful. Keep us posted on your progress!

Really good to hear about your experience with Dr. Feriduni! I'm considering going for a similar procedure, and I had a couple of questions. Did you notice any specific shedding after your initial growth? I’ve read that the hair can sometimes fall out before it grows back, and I'm a bit nervous about that. Also, did you have any dietary restrictions or changes that you think helped with recovery? I've heard protein and vitamins can play a big role. Would love to hear more about the PRP therapy too - did they explain how it works and the benefits? Thanks!

Glad to hear everything is going well for you! I had my procedure with Dr. Rahal in Ottawa about 5 months ago, and I can definitely relate to the ups and downs during recovery. One thing I found really useful was incorporating a lot of protein into my diet; I focused on foods like chicken, fish, and beans, which I believe helped support hair growth. I also started using a gentle shampoo after about a month, which made a big difference in how my scalp felt.

It's interesting that you mentioned using PRP therapy. I didn’t get that done, but I read some studies that show it can make a noticeable impact on overall results. Have you noticed any specific areas where the growth seems denser or more promising? I’m hoping my crown area fills in soon since that’s my biggest concern.
